Mr. Himsworth did not consider that Mr.Lack was the kind of person he required, and in any event Mr. Lack has now accepted an appointment in Nigeria, so will not be available.

In consultation with Mr. Himsworth we have now advertised this post, and I have put a copy of the advertisement on the file. It will take us a little time before the advertisement appears and we get a field of candidates, but the action will proceed according to book.
